All content, features, and functionality on the website https://theurbanestate.co (the "Platform" or "Site"), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand names, custom icons, layout design, stylesheet designs, custom code, and software, are the exclusive property of The Urban Estate(the "Company") or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 of India, and international intellectual property laws.

1. Proprietary Rights

1.1. Platform Intellectual Property: The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to our proprietary SaaS layouts, verification tools, calculations, design assets, and logos.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial research purposes only.
  • No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without our prior written consent.

1.2. Developer Content Ownership: All real estate project brochures, floor plans, construction renders, developer logos, and developer marketing slogans displayed on our listings belong to their respective Builders and Developers.

  • The Company holds the necessary marketing licenses and developer permissions to display these B2B materials for lead generation and digital marketing purposes.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from copying or using developer-owned assets without obtaining authorization directly from the respective Developer.

2. User-Submitted Content

By submitting lead inquiries, contact forms, or newsletter signups through our Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to process, store, and transmit your submitted information (such as preferred location and budget details) for the purpose of connecting you with the respective Developers and fulfilling your inquiries.
